We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, company name, and payment information. We also collect information about how you use the platform, including equipment data, downtime logs, maintenance records, and team member information you enter. We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and invoices, send technical notices and support messages, respond to your comments and questions, and send you information about products, services, and events. Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. These include Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting).
